HELP OUR STRICKEN GARDENS

Australia's Open Garden Scheme has established two funds to assist disaster-affected gardens

Detailed information on the funds and on how you can join with the Scheme in helping the nation's gardeners is available HERE

National Garden Renewal Fund

The Scheme's $50,000 seed funding for a permanent fund to assist the Scheme's garden owners affected by natural disasters & help them with the task of restoration and renewal.
This is an ongoing fund that will be open to our gardens across Australia.

Victorian Bushfire Community Grants

This fund is dedicated to the restoration and renewal of public spaces and gardens in the communities affected by the recent fires. Along with the Scheme's donation of $50,000 some generous donations as well as the very successful fund-raising opening of Dame Elisabeth Murdoch's Cruden Farm has brought the total amount raised for Victorian communities affected by the bushfires to $75,000.

Donations to the Bushfire Fund have now closed.

We will shortly be announcing how communities affected by the bushfires can apply for grants.
