Hosted by well-known horticulturalist and garden designer Tim Barbour, this is an opportunity to meet some inspiring individuals who enrich our lives through their writings, gardens and enthusiasm for life.

'Gourmet Farmer' and noted food writer Matthew Evans has been involved in food and cooking for many years, and will talk about how he came to own a small patch of Tasmania where he grows his own food, raises pigs, milks cows and sources wonderful local produce.

Derelie Cherry lives at Kulnura on the NSW central coast with her plant-hunter husband Bob, two dogs and their aptly named property Paradise with its superb roses, plants that Bob has cultivated, and a nursery.

Writing, organics and promoting gardens is a passion for Helen Cushing who will take us on a journey that embraces Tasmanian life and the wonderful opportunities we share.

Mark Wapstra is writing a book tracing the origins of both botanical and common Tasmanian plant names, and he will talk about his story of discovery.

This stimulating and exciting event will be held at The Grange, one of Campbell Town's most significant original buildings surrounded by a tranquil garden of mature trees and informal garden beds.
