The Northern Territory's 2009 season has now ended as the humid wet season approaches. Planning for 2010 is underway, more wonderful tropical gardens are in the selection process, and will be open from next March.

Darwin Water Gardens, Freshwater Road, Jingili. 33 ha of landscaped grounds. Open daily
Casuarina Campus, NT University, Ellengowan Drive, Casuarina. Landscaped gardens and courtyards. Open daily 8am-5pm
Government House Open Days, Darwin CBD. 2009 - Fri & Sat 22 & 23 May, and 14 & 15 August (check times)
Alice Springs Desert Park, Larapinta Drive. Open daily 7.30am-6pm
Olive Pink Botanic Gardens,Tuncks Rd, Alice Springs. 16ha of arid zone botanic gardens. Open daily
