Pre-booked Event Tickets
Refunds are only available for pre-booked events if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds are not offered if you cannot attend an event as advertised.
Discount Tickets
Refunds are not available on unused or lost discount tickets.
Publications and other Merchandise
We guarantee the book or other merchandise you purchase will reach you in good condition. If it doesnt, please contact us (within 14 days of receipt) and we will arrange to replace or refund the full cost of the purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase.
